The conditions on your Australian Tourist Visa are:
Generally a Tourist Visa (subclass 676) allows a stay in Australia of 3 months or 6 months and is valid for single or multiple visits within 12 months from date of grant. It should be noted, however, under Australia's migration regulations, decision-makers may grant a Tourist visa permitting the visa holder to travel and to remain in Australia for a specified period that they see as appropriate. In some circumstances the stay period granted may be less than the stay period requested by the applicant.
Visitors to Australia must be willing and able to abide by the following conditions while in Australia:
- You must NOT work while in Australia.
- You must NOT study for more than 3 months while in Australia.
- 'No Further Stay' - this condition means that the holder of the visa on which the condition has been imposed will not, after entering Australia, be entitled to be granted any other visa, except in extremely limited circumstances, while the holder remains in Australia.
Remember that you will not be permitted to enter Australia unless you are in good health and have no criminal convictions.
