To apply for the Algerian Tourist Visa you need to provide:

• Two application forms fully completed and signed.
• Original passport valid for at least 6 months.
• Two recent passport size photographs (to be attached to each application)
• Hotel booking
• Prepaid, self addressed and registered envelope.

The tourist visa is only valid for leisure or recreational purposes.

Nationals from the following countries do not require a visa to travel to Algeria:

Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Democratic Republic Sahraoui, Seychelles, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, Yemen.

There are both single and multiple entry options.

How long is the visa valid for?
There are 30 days and 90 days visas.

The Algerian visa is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

The Standard processing time for Irish residents is 10 days.
The Standard processing time for British residents is 5 days.
