Senior Executive Visa

The Business Skills Category in Australia aims to encourage people with a successful record of business or investment activity to settle in Australia and develop new or existing business opportunities in Australia. The Australian Business Visa Program is available for successful senior executives, investors and business owners.

The majority of business skills category entrants will enter initially on a provisional (temporary) visa for 4 years, and after satisfactory evidence of a specified level of business or investment activity, may apply for permanent residence.

To be eligible for an Australia Senior Executive Visa under the State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive (Provisional) & Senior Executive Provisional Category you will need to provide evidence of:

• An overall successful business career;
• Evidence of recent work experience in 3 high-level management positions of a major business in which you were responsible for strategic policy development affecting a major component or a wide range of operations of that major business;
• Sufficient funds for you (& your spouse) to transfer to Australia within 2 years of the senior executive visa being granted to conduct or establish a business in Australia plus additional funds available to settle in Australia.
