• A passport size photograph
• A letter of invitation (original, copy or fax message) from a company or organization in Belarus, which is registered as a legal entity by the Belarusian authorities. It should be printed on the official letterhead with a registration number, date of issue, and should bear the signature of an official and a corporate seal. It should also indicate the expected duration of the applicant's stay in Belarus. An inviting party must provide written guarantees that an invitee will abide by the rules and regulations applied to foreign citizens in the Republic of Belarus.
  

Transit visa

• A copy of the ticket, itinerary from a travel agency or any other documents confirming the applicant's trip to the country of destination.

The tourist visa is for only for leisure and recreation purposes.
The business visa is for business meetings, conferences and congress.
The transit visa gives you the right to reside in the country for up to 48 hours (for example to switch flights).

Nationals of all countries need a visa to entry Belarus. There are no restrictions by nationality.
