Anyone wishing to visit the Democratic Republic of Congo for business or travel will need a Congo Visa. Visa First can organise either a Congo Business Visa or a Congo Tourist Visa for you - depending on the nature of your trip.

To apply for your Congo Tourist Visa we will need:

• Your original passport.
• A completed Congolese Visa application form.
• A passport-sized photo of you.
• Your onward/return ticket from the Republic of Congo.
• Information on your up-to-date vaccinations (yellow fever, Cholera, tetanus, malaria, etc).
• Evidence of your hotel reservation in Congo.
• Proof of funds (bank statement, payslips).
• Your visa processing fee.
• A stamped, self-addressed, pre-paid special delivery envelope (registered or express preferred).

To apply for your Congo Business Visa we will need:

• Your original passport.
• A completed Congo Visa application form.
• A passport-sized photo of you.
• Your onward/return ticket from the Republic of Congo.
• Information on your up-to-date vaccinations (yellow fever, Cholera, tetanus, malaria, etc).
• A letter from your employer on headed paper. It must include your full name and nationality, PP number, job title, purpose of travel, length of stay, date of arrival in the Congo and a statement of your employer's full responsibility for you - including repatriation in the case of emergency).
• An official invitation from the Republic of Congo.
• Your visa processing fee.
• A stamped, self-addressed, pre-paid special delivery envelope (registered or express preferred).
