Who can apply for the Egypt Tourist Visa or Egypt Business Visa?
All nationals of Britain and the EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, and the US can apply for a visa to Egypt without having to visit an Egyptian Embassy or Consulate in person.



Do I have to send my passport to apply for an Egyptian Visa?
Yes and your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you are due to enter Egypt.


How long will it take?
The standard processing time for Egyptian Visas is 10 working days after we receive your completed application.

How long can I stay in Egypt on a tourist visa?
Tourist visas for Egypt are valid for 6 months, but the maximum duration of stay in Egypt is 3 months.



Can I extend my visa when I'm in Egypt?
Yes. You can extend your visa one week before the end of your initial permitted stay in Egypt at the Immigration Office.


How many times can I visit Egypt on the multiple-entry visa?
There are no restrictions on the number of times you can visit Egypt on a multiple-entry visa, as long as the total period of stay does not exceed the one granted by the visa and the last entry into the country is before your visa expires.


How many people can visit Egypt on one visa?
Each person will require their own Egypt Visa, regardless of the age of the passport holder or the number of children added. (Children under 16 years of age can travel on a parent's passport).

I visited Egypt in March got a tourist visa at the airport i am going back in may do i need to get anothe rvisa at the airport oris the one i got ok?
Unless you got a multiple entry visa at the airport, you will need to get a visa once again when entering Egypt. If you want we can organize a multiple entry visa for you.


How long will it take to obtain an Egyptian visa if transiting? What are the documents required to obtain a Egyptian visa?
Please be advised that there are only tourist or business visas for Egypt – they don't do transit visas. The documents required are completed application form, original passport, 2 passport-sized pictures and self-addressed, pre-paid, special delivery envelope. The processing time is approximately 7 working days once the Immigrations have your documents.
