In order for us to organize your visa you will need to complete the visa order form. Once we submit your application with the Kyrgyz Embassy we’ll send you the application form to sign and send back with the documents below:

• Valid passport with one full blank page to affix the visa
• 1 passport sized photo attached to the application form
• Pre-paid, self-addressed special delivery envelope
• Letter of support from Kyrgyzstan* (for ALL Business visas and citizens of countries NOT listed in the Citizenship List)
