- Your original passport, valid for at least 6 months;
- The completed and signed Nepal Visa application form (NB: for Australian residents 2 forms should be completed, both originals);
- Visa processing fee;
- One recent passport-sized photograph (NB: for Australian residents 2 photos should be submitted, one attached to each application form);
- Stamped self-addressed special delivery envelope.
