- Visa Processing Fee
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- Application form completed and signed
- Copy of Travel Itinerary / Flight Details
- Stamped self-addressed special delivery envelope

All documents required for the Indian Tourist Visa plus the following:
- A letter from the employer stating the nature of business, the reason and the duration of visit to India
- A business invitation from the company in India
NB: Additional documents may be required before a final decision on the application is made.

Tourist Visas are normally granted for the duration of the visit. Tourist visas are generally valid for up to 6 months. Business Visas are normally granted for three or six months.

Your passport must be valid for at least 12 months.

The Express visa can be organized in just 5 working days, the Standard visa is organized in 10 working days.
