According to a recent industry research it is very difficult to find business analyst and solution architects for large informational technology project in New Zealand. Furthermore New Zealand needs various computer science professionals such as software engineers, software developers and testers. Presently most of the IT industries are searching people who possess multiple skills and are proficient in numerous frameworks. There is also a huge demand for workers who are ready to learn industry frameworks quickly in IT companies. Last year there were around 900 unfilled IT positions across New Zealand. Four hundred of them were taken from foreign professionals, but 500 remained empty.
