The UK Highly Skilled Migration Programme (HSMP) is designed to allow highly skilled people to migrate to the United Kingdom to look for
work or self-employment opportunities. Basically, HSMP is similar in a way to the skilled migration programmes Canada and Australia offer.
Applicants’ eligibility under the HSMP is based on a points system.
In general the HSMP status gives you right to get settled in the UK and normally leads to permanent residence at the end of four years.
HSMP is different from the work permit option as it does not require an employer to obtain a permit for the applicant. It is also different
from the other existing business categories as it does not demand a detailed business plan or investment in the UK.
No immigration advice or services are being offered at our London branch. Please complete an assessment form or email our team and they will send you all necessary forms. These may be dropped in to our office in London however our call centre will contact you with feedback on your application.
