The Contractor Service Permit is for foreign nationals who will be providing services to an Irish entity on a contract for services basis. This is a work permit which facilitates the transfer of non-EU employees to work on the Irish contract in Ireland.

To be eligible for the Contractor Service Provider Concession Permit, the applicant should be able to prove that s/he has been working for a minimum period of 6 months with the overseas company prior to the transfer. The duration of the transfer should be at least 90 days.

The total remuneration package should be €40,000 or over if the applicant is to remain on foreign payroll. For salaries of €30,000 to €40,000, the Basic Maintenance Allowance, housing and other benefits can be included but the applicant must remain on Irish payroll.

As well as your Irish Work Permit, Visa First can help you organise all the things you need to start working and living in Ireland.

Dear All, Many thanks to you for all your help and advise in helping me get my Skilled Migrant Visa. I'm absolutley delighted! My intention is to head down to Brisbane in May this year and I'm really looking forward to it. I have no hesitation recommending VisaFirst / MigrationAbroad to anybody and a friend has already taken my advise and is applying for his visa with yourselves. Thanks again, Stephen

Damien Dean has helped me to get my independent skilled visa granted (Australian) just within 3 months. He wasn't just very knowledgeable, he was supportive, helpful and very kind. He was always available to explain the different step of the process and to answer my queries. He is a fantastic person, whose professionalism is highly appreciated.

Hi Antonia and Kimberley Just wanted to let you know that my working holiday visa was approved last week! Thankyou both so much for all your help in getting this sorted- I've got no doubt that without your input I'd be destined for the UK's 'undesirables' list! Would have liked to have come down in person but have been flat out trying to organise everything as I fly out early next week, but if you ever make it over to the UK I'd be more than happy to shout a few beers! Thanks again for all your help. Cheers

Louis Todd
